Fairmint Shareholder's App: Start Here

This article is for investors, shareholders, and anyone who holds equity through Fairmint.

The Fairmint Shareholder's App is where your private equity lives. If a founder invited you to a SAFE, granted you stock options, or added you to their cap table, that position shows up here at app.fairmint.com. You can also bring in equity you hold somewhere else, so the whole picture sits in one place instead of scattered across old email threads.

Everything in the app sits behind one identity that you verify once. That identity carries across every company you hold equity in, so the next founder who invites you does not send you through the same checks again.

Who uses the Shareholder's App

Three kinds of people, often the same person wearing more than one hat:

  • Investors who put capital into a company through a SAFE, a note, a priced round, or a warrant.

  • Employees and advisors who were granted equity as compensation, whether options or restricted stock.

  • Existing shareholders added to a company's cap table, including people who invested long before that company moved onto Fairmint.

One login covers everything you hold, across every company. You do not need a separate account per role or per company.
