Slack:
Receive real-time notifications of activities from your investment portal directly in your Slack workspace. This keeps your team updated on all essential actions and interactions within your platform.
Intercom:
Engage directly with potential investors on your deal page using the Intercom chatbot. This tool enhances investor support and engagement, providing a direct line of communication.
Steps to Set Up Integrations
1. Access Settings:
Click the icon in the top right corner of your admin dashboard to reveal a dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to Settings:
Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
3. Open the Integrations Tab:
Click on the 'Integrations' tab within Settings. Here, you will manage and set up all integrations.
Configure Slack:
To integrate Slack, add your Slack webhook URL in the provided field. This link will connect your Fairmint portal with your Slack workspace for seamless updates.
Configure Intercom:
For Intercom, enter your Intercom app ID in the designated area. This ID links your Intercom account to your deal page, enabling the chat functionality.
