There may be occasions when you need to block an investor account in your Fairmint admin account. Whether it's due to compliance issues, security concerns, or other significant reasons, blocking an account is a straightforward process.
Steps to Block an Investor Account
1. Access the Stakeholders Tab:
Log into your admin account and navigate to the 'Stakeholders' tab.
2. Select the Investor:
Identify and select the investor whose account you need to block.
3. Navigate to Investor’s Profile:
Click on the investor’s profile, then scroll to the very bottom to find the 'Advanced Management' dropdown menu.
4. Block the Investor Account:
Within the dropdown menu, click on 'Block this investor account'. Confirm the action if required to proceed.
