Correctly setting an investor’s country is crucial as it determines the regulatory framework that applies to their investments. While investors are expected to provide accurate information during signup, there may be instances where you need to update or correct this detail in your Fairmint admin account. Here’s how to adjust an investor's country setting to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Steps to Reset an Investor’s Country

1. Access the Stakeholders Tab:

  • Log into your admin account and navigate to the 'Stakeholders' tab.

2. Select the Investor:

  • Find and select the investor whose country information you need to reset.

3. Navigate to Investor’s Profile:

  • Once on the investor’s profile, scroll to the very bottom to find the 'Advanced Management' dropdown menu.

4. Reset Country:

  • Click on 'Reset country' within the dropdown menu. This will allow you to update the country information as necessary.
