Here’s how you can create and manage your deal invitation links within your Fairmint portal:

1. Navigate to Your Fundraise Page:

  • On the page of each fundraise, look for a section titled 'Share your deal page'. This is where you can manage your invitation links.

2. Generate Customized Links:

  • In the 'Share your deal page' section, you have the option to create an unlimited number of customized links. These links can be tailored for specific groups or individual investors, allowing for personalized engagement and tracking.

3. Set Specific Requirements:

  • Each link can be configured with different requirements. For example, you can:

    • Set minimum and maximum investment amounts to ensure that each investor commits an amount suited to your fundraising goals and their capacity.

    • Require manual validation by an admin before accepting an investor from a certain link. This adds a layer of review to ensure investors meet your specific criteria.

    • Require ID verification to enhance security and meet compliance standards.

    • Offer pro rata rights, giving certain investors the option to maintain their percentage ownership in future rounds.

4. Deactivate Links if Necessary:

  • If a link is no longer needed or if you wish to stop a particular group or individual from investing further, you can deactivate any link. This helps manage who can participate in your fundraising at any given time effectively.

Benefits of Using Deal Invitation Links

  • Segmentation: Customize investment experiences and terms based on investor type or relationship.

  • Control and Security: Set and enforce specific investment terms and entry requirements to maintain control over the fundraising process.

  • Flexibility: Easily deactivate links to adapt to changing circumstances or to close the fundraise to new investors.

Deal invitation links provide a strategic way to manage and optimize your fundraising efforts. They allow for detailed segmentation, targeted engagement, and efficient management of investor interactions.
