This article is for investors, shareholders, and anyone who holds equity through Fairmint.

The Fairmint Shareholder's App has four areas, reachable from the navigation down the left side of the app. This page explains what each one holds so you know where to look.

Capital you put into a company: SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds, and warrants.

Positions are grouped by the company that issued them, so a company you backed three times appears once, with its three positions inside. At the top you get a breakdown of what your capital is made of across stock, SAFEs, notes, and warrants.

Select any position to open its detail panel, which has three tabs:

On a phone the detail panel fills the screen rather than opening beside the list.

Equity you earned rather than bought. This is where stock options and restricted stock live.

The top of the page shows shares granted and the percentage vested, rather than a dollar amount, because a grant is measured in shares. Below that, a breakdown across ISOs, NSOs, and RSUs.

Every grant row carries its vesting progress, and opening a grant shows the full schedule: how much has vested, how much has not, the cliff date, the end date, and anything forfeited or cancelled.

Equity grants are always held by a person, never by a company. If you also invest through a fund or an LLC, your grants belong to you personally rather than to that entity.

Every signed document behind your positions, in one searchable list. That includes agreements the company sent you and the PDFs you uploaded yourself when adding outside holdings.

You can search the list, and each row opens the file.

Your verified details, your photo, your wallet, and any companies or funds you hold equity through. See Your profile and your details for what you can change and what happens when you change it.

If you hold equity through a company, a fund, or a trust as well as personally, a switcher at the bottom left of the app changes who you are acting as. Everything in the four areas above then reflects that investor, which keeps your personal holdings and your fund's holdings from mixing together.
